Went above and beyond, left a nice sticker on the bag and wished me a wonderful day on the bag. Made me smile.
The food was still hot and very delicious!

I ordered mash & gravy but received gravy instead. The roll was cold and tasteless with a tiny amount of mayo. Disappointing.

tropical box, pineapple fritters overcooked, potato missing from potato & gravy, no stuffing which seems to be a common problem, drink was warm.
1/4 chicken & chips no stuffing and drink was warm
