The Rooster Roll was hot and fresh! It was also delivered very quickly. The delivery driver was very friendly. Excellent service from Red Rooster and DoorDash.

potatoes weren't even cooked, rock hard in the middle, and a tiny portion of chicken which was a majority of bones,

Very small chicken pieces which were very dry. Unprofessional staff (manager and supervisor) i called and was told its not their fault the pieses are small and dry as it was within "hold time"? Issues many times now here. No accountability from them.

Missing drink from boxed meal, buttermilk chicken wings were dry and inedible, barely any chicken on the rooster roll. I understand the order was late into the evening, but if the store is still open for orders I expect the food to be fresh.

Scheduled for 2pm pickup. Was told 25 minute wait after arriving to store. Ended up waiting 45 minutes before receiving food. Store prioritises in store orders over any apps.
Food quality was quite good except for crunchy potato. Seems in their rush this was flash fried and was still hard/cold inside a few pieces.
