I paid express delivery, and while the food arrived promptly, the chicken and chips were not hot. They were barely warm and were not crispy, like they were made some time ago and left out. While the delivery driver was fast and efficient, I cannot give the food a good rating because it was not freshly cooked. The portion size was okay, though the delivery and service fees made it not worth the total cost. The drink I chose was sparkling water but they ran out and gave me 7up. They left a note to explain and to apologise for the drink swap, which was nice and I appreciate that. I am not sure I would order again without deals or discounts available, and definitely not after 8pm on a Sunday night. I probably should not have ordered at that time, though when paying for food, even at that time, I do expect it to be freshly cooked.

We ordered online. All the food came very well cooked, the chicken was nice and moist. Chips hot and fresh, pineapple Fritter was perfect all in all very good

ordered classic roast which was supposed to be a 1/4 chicken with crunchy potatoes and sweet potatoes. instead it came with soggy chips drenched in gravy.
the "quarter" of a chicken was little more than an anorexic leg that would hardly even constitute 1/8 of a chicken.

The sealed bag once opened the contents were only warm and the Bacon extra was missing from my roll and there was no coleslaw for either of the Two Rolls ordered .
Also the chicken tasted like it was not freshly cooked,
VERY Disappointing .
