My kids all prefer the rooster roll box now over subway. The box has EVERYTHING in it to make one filling meal & everything is fresh, hot & melts in your mouth. A fantastic meal for dinner. Last week my dasher mucked up my order TWICE & when I contacted the store, instead of resending via doordash, they sent a staff member to deliver my food (it wasn't something small it was actually a rooster roll box). With 4 kids all down sick the last thing I wanted was to head out hence my order via door dash. When i contacted the store to say door dash mucked up again, they to couldn't believe it. A bag with my name just left on the counter. Red rooster had even made a fresh batch of food to make sure I was getting it to Red Rooster standards. For the dasher to completely forget it for the 2nd time in a row, the store manager was just as frustrated as I was. To ensure I actually got my food, the manager sent a member of staff to deliver my dinner. To say that was the BEST CUSTOMER service I have EVER experienced is an understatement. I just wished I carried cash because that member of staff would have been receiving a tip for going above & beyond their typical job description. All I had was a spare can of softdrink that I gave her & to me that still wasn't enough for the gratitude I felt. I will be forever grateful for what that store did to ensure their customer actually received their meal. If my red rooster order ever has to come from another store, then it will be another food company that will be ordered from. To know its coming from Victoria Point is a massive weight lifted of my shoulders. I know I will be getting a high quality meal that is hot, fresh & made EXACTLY how it is ordered. Tonight the bottle of water I ordered (my eldest doesn't drink soft drinks) was unfortunately not available. I was offered a refund. In no way am I accepting it after how well I was treated last week & tonight's meals once again being absolutely delicious & EXACTLY how I ordered them.

Vanilla Slice Bites were actually amazing. Tasted like little custard pies. So good!! Disappointed with the Cheesecake Fries as you can't really tell there is a sauce on the top and there is barely any in the box compared to the photo they're displaying on the app. Maybe put it in a smaller box? Lots of crunchy biscuit though :)

the Fried Pack the chicken was delicious and fresh the chips werealso fresh and was big portion enough for 4 people

I ordered 12 pieces of Hot Honey Fried Chicken . All pieces are extremely salty ++++. This is now the third time the chicken is extremely salty.

The Chicken was so dry that my kids couldn't bite into it, and the mash potato and gravy was a lumpy solid mass. We needed to slice it to get it out of the container. The sauces from the nuggets were also missing.
