Ive ordered once before and it was not what I wanted. Thought to give it a second chance and its not good yet again. Iced coffee was bland, and my bagel was not toasted at all. Not fair to spend $18 and get food that isnt worth to eat. Terrible service from the actual store as well.

Extremely disappointing. I got the Lox & Egg Sandwich, which looked amazing in the photo. But the egg was scrambled, not fried, and the salmon was completely cooked. There were no greens in the bagel. On top of that, parts of the bagel were (I'm assuming) overdone, so I was also wearing burnt garlic bits (because I had gotten a garlic bagel).

I can't believe how bad quality this food was. The Turkey was spoiled, the cheese was stale with refrigerator burn as you can see, the eggs had no seasoning yet they had the nerve to charge $16.00. I will never order from here again.
