Love Don Jose's. Their food is always so good and excellent quality. Always fresh. Portions are great. Happy to be a regular here. All their tacos are S-tier, but one of my favorite go to's are their delicious Plato de Chimichanga / Chimichanga Plate. I haven't found a place that makes them better than Don Jose's.

caldo de res and horchata were good, but the portion and taste of the guacamole for $4 it was insane, way too small and no flavor whatsoever

Camarón y Asada / Shrimp and Asada was fantastic! Perfectly seasoned & cooked. Beans & rice were yummy too. Extra Guacamole too expensive for maybe a tablespoon at best.

The Tamale masa ends were hard and the chicken mixture was dry. Barely noticed that it was wrapped in a plastic film.

order was incorrect but my husband is one of those people who won't complain about incorrect orders.
aside from that, the food is great. I love their Tacos Lengua -Tonge! so good and so tender, too! yum! so fresh.
love the Arroz y Frijol / Rice and Beans too!
