This place ALWAYS cooks the baked potatoes so perfectly! They give enough butter/sour cream/cheese yay! The quesadilla is excellent as well! Great job Rib Hut!

FriedCatfish was simple and well cooked. It filled me up, will order all the items again.
Quesadilla was filling but will order as an apatizer next time.

Tried a 3 meat platter. Brisket was incredibly overcooked. The sausage was very undercooked. The ribs were squishy but chewy and did not fall off the bone. No flavor to anything.
The beans were bean soup. The coleslaw was inedible, as it was extremely soggy and old. Even the roll was dry. $30 for one plate of food and it went straight to the garbage.

3 Meat Combo Brisket was super dry. I had baby back ribs and was certain there isn't a way to mess this up. But I was wrong. They were horrible. Over cooked, no seasoning, no smoke. All of the meats tasted like they were baked & not smoked.

The food here is usually pretty good. I ordered the beef ribs. They were very tough. Mostly crisp. Very dry. There was not a lot of meat on them and it was very hard to get off the bone. Not one of their better nights.
