I got the Hanoi Fresh Roll with shrimp and a gluten free sauce. I love fresh rolls but these had no shrimp in them. I got their pad thai with shrimp which was delicious but dry. The Tom Kha Coconut Soup (14oz) was lovely but with a lot less cilantro or bean sprout or bean sprouts in I'm used to and I think it had a total of 4 pieces of shrimp in it. Just...not what I was used to from this restaurant. It has been a favorite of mine for years but I've not eaten there for at least 18 months recently. Maybe this is the new normal. I can add a bunch of lime juice to the Pad Thai and we will enjoy it more as a leftover.

General's Chicken is most times heavily breaded, this is not and you can see the fresh lightly breaded chicken. Best I have had! Hanoi Fresh rolls were just that, all ingredients taste fresh with the paper this exterior. Last, I am a big fan of Ton Kha Ga soup: This was very good and I took some jasmine rice and some of the spicy breading from the generals chicken and put it in the soup, which was very tasty: I will be back.

Rice is a great go to. Always consistently good and timely. The variety of food is amazing and I highly recommend trying this place!

The lunch pad Thai is pretty tasty but I also ordered "lychee fruit on ice" and it's actually canned lychee rather than fresh fruit which is disappointing and should be listed in the item description as I was expecting fresh fruit if it's "on ice"
