if you want legitimate westernized chinese food without being "utah style" this is the place to go! you wont find another restaurant like it without traveling to LA or NYC
wife loves the kung pao chicken and hot and sour soup. i like the sesame chicken with eggdrop! its always so good when it comes from rice king!!

• 8/12/25Mall-style Chinese food. In the 🔺️ of delivery food (cheap vs fast vs tasty), the emphasis here is on EXPRESS. The food is FAST. Portions are good-sized. Cost is average.
Items ordered and rated:
-Beef & Broccoli. 3 stars. Best thing about this was the fresh broccoli and carrots. Beef was average. Sauce was brown.
- General Tso Chicken. 3 stars. Fresh broccoli. Chicken was the frozen breaded kind. Breading was soggy and chicken was tough. Sauce was red with just a touch of tang.
- Egg Rolls. 2 stars. Tiny frozen ones that are always mushy and oozy on the inside. Red sauce was neither sweet or sour.
- Dumplings. 3 stars. Frozen dumplings, prepared well. crispy and browned nicely. Sauce was the tangiest of the order with fresh scallions.

• 1 day agoThe pot Pot Stickers (8) are not as pictured, they're the generic, frozen and recooked kind. The Ham Fried Rice is incredibly bland.

• 11/14/22Rice King had significant gone downhill. Higher prices, smaller portions, lower quality. No veggies in my veggie lo mein, no peppers in the kung pao chicken. egg drop was egg in broth. upcharges to have ham fried rice instead of white. 150% increase in the base cost of most sides/appetizers.
We ordered here monthly during the pandemic to support them. We have always been impressed by quality and quanity. Today's order was to show support and loyalty as road construction is soon forcing them to move, but honestly I am not sure we will care to follow them to the new location.
Check your order before leaving we had to go back for items the forgot.
