• 9/22/25Delicious as always! Went to pick it up because it was cheaper than delivery. Did not disappoint! The portion size is very generous and it's very fresh! Would order again! I ordered the Cheese Garlic Bread which was delicious! The Famous Rich & Charlie's Salad which is always a go-to for me. Along with trying something new, their Grilled Chicken Parmigiano which was fresh and yummy!

• 7/14/25Was always one of my favorite salads but ours arrived with enough dressing for 3 salads. It was not edible and I can honestly say I've never seen that much dressing on a salad. The one pizza we received was good but we never received our second pizza. Very disappointing!

• 5/15/26I've had Rich and Charlies for years and this was the worse quality and poor tasting Italian food Ive ever had. A complete waste of money. Noodles were undercooked and something tasted and smelled bad. The only thing I ate was the free bread. Never again.
