When the pie arrived my daughter lifted a slice and the cheese began sliding off and that's when I knew it was about to be some good pizza. The cheese was really delicious. The sauce was sort of secondary, not too heavy. It blended well with the cheese and crust. The crust was really good too, it had a perfect crisp to it. The Chicken Wings were also really good. I wasn't a huge fan of the Garlic Knots, they were a bit oily. I've lived on Long Island for the past 5 years and this is one of the best plain slices I've had since being out here. We both grew up in the boroughs and agreed that it was reminiscent of an old NYC slice. I definitely recommend the pizza and the wings were a good add on.

We've always loved Ritchie's but tonight's order wasn't only cold, but also was over cooked, (fried raviollii and fried zucchini sticks), very hard to chew and swallow. So while Richie's is usually much better, last night was a bomb.

Our food arrived timely, everything was very good the chicken parm dinner as well as the chicken cutlet parm hero. Our pizza was hot and freshly made as well. This was very much appreciated after a long day
