so disappointing. it allows you to order then they just delete items and don't call to swap or offer options. I pd extra for delivery and end up w partial order. Glazed Donut not even what I asked for. but it tasted good. Lemon Bar very small bars for $4.80 a pcRed Velvet Cupcake dried out. I ordered a chocolate Donut and 2 apple fritters and 2 lemon bars.

Half the order was incorrect. As you can see that is not a blueberry muffin or Blueberry Danish. The Large Decorated Cookie my mom can't even eat as it contains almond. I left notes warning about her severe nut allergy and yet they included them in the box, at least they put a warning:(

I'd give 5 stars if they weren't out of everything so often and if the items that they substitute were of equal value.
Being out of long johns is OK, even expected. But sending the same quantity of donut rings as a substitute and not adjusting the amount the customer is charged isn't OK. Simply charging your customers for what they actually receive would fetch a 5 star review!

Frosted sugar cookie wasn't fresh. Of course I will order again but I feel it's hoping for the best/fresh items.
