Ricky bakery has its own production and manufacturing facilities to create the products it sells in all of its pastelerias on bird road and coral way, which employ more than 24 people.
The empanadas are really good and decent sized. Breakfast sandwich is huge and arrived hot. Solid cafe con Leche which at other bakeries in the area seems to be hit or miss.

The Empanadas Cubanas are fried you can see they were deep fried probably in old over saturated oil (I wouldn't eat these or recommend it) nothing like in the description photos, the pan the Pan de Bono are deflated and weird... I dont recommend
