• 5/15/25There was one issue with the Fiesta Oaxaqueña , instead of cutting to chicken and steak into strips - it looked like the meat was cut on a slicer to create one thin lengthwise slice - so the steak and chicken were like a thin pancake -hard and chewy, not the least bit juicy
