These burgers were ridiculously good! I should have ordered another one for sure!!

Burger was not thoroughly cooked at all. I was shocked to find the patty rare upon my first bite. The bite I had was pretty bland. Portion size was fine. Did not seem super fresh, but that may have been related to burger only being partially warmed to begin with. Will not order again.

Because it's not mentioned, this is a ghost kitchen of Ruby Tuesdays, in case that's not your thing. Food was okay. Fries were soggy and cold. They don't list everything they put on the burgers. Cookies were good but I'm pretty sure they are Tollhouse brand.

Description didn’t say shredded lettuce, pickle and tomato would automatically be added to burgers. These were not wanted and made the bottom bun on both burgers wet and soggy, to the point of falling apart. The shredded lettuce escaped the burger and mixed with the fries, making them wet and soggy too. Updating the website to be able to choose toppings would be a very welcome addition. I still gave four stars because I think if we’d ordered in the restaurant and not had the delivery communication snafu, we’d have been pretty happy with the food. We did eat our one-bun burgers after removing all the salad fixings, and they were good. The few fries that escaped the lettuce were good, and the teenage comment on the Mac and cheese when asked was “It was fine” which we all know in teen speak might as well mean it tasted like ambrosia. We will give them a try again.
