Food is so good. Mac and cheese is good and the mushroom Swissburger is so good. Loved it

I ordered the Smashed Shroom & Swiss Burger , Side of Onion Rings ,and Mozzarella Sticks Appetizer. All of the items tasted great! Unfortunately the burger was missing the top of the bun. I ate the burger with a fork and knife. The mushrooms were fresh, which I greatly appreciated!

I did not have a good experience with my recent order from Ridiculous Burgers. I don't know what the issue was or if there was an issue but something was not right. We ordered 2 American smashburgers, 1 order of fries and 1 order of onion rings. The door dasher waited at the store for at least 45 minutes (according to the app) to pick up the order. They had it to me with 10 minutes of leaving and everything was cold. The 2 smashburgers were not smashed at all, they were your average flavorless patty, just broken and crumbly. The onion ring order had 6 small onions rings and tasted like it came from a bag in the frozen isle. The fries probably would have been fine if they were even warm. This was my 1st time ordering from here and was my experience. Like I said earlier, I don't what or if there was an issue but I feel like I wasted $35 tonight.

They switched my wife's cheese cake for carrot cake.The burger patties were burnt. The size of the burgers were way too smallfor the price. The food quality was poor.i researched this resturaunt is actually Ruby Tuesdays.

I ordered three burgers.
My The Smokehouse burger is a basic cheeseburger with lettuce tomato onion pickle. There is no bacon, bbq sauce or onion rings.
The Loaded Guac Smashed Burger is two smash patties on a bun with a couple pieces of shredded lettuce, a sprinkle of shredded cheddar and 4 jalapeños. No bacon. No guac.
The Hog Heaven was good and correct I think.
Because I received the wrong food and was missing ingredients I was forced to accept $6.85 refund. Didn’t give me the option of getting the food corrected or asking for more. Very disappointed with this purchase.
