Cajun Pasta Jambalaya was delicious. Only one problem: While there was an abundance of chicken, there were only two shrimp and very little andouille sausage. I regularly order the salmon, which is almost always delicious, but the Jambalaya tops the fishy dishy for flavor!

The jambalaya with pasta was almost ALL pasta. Two shrimp,4 small pieces of Cajun (sausages, and a few chicken bits smaller than smaller than McNuggets. (Reference for relative size only.
I put the other entree (salmon) in the fridge for tomorrow. I will continue to patronize the store as long as there is not another problem. I do recommend less added salt, however.

The Blackened Salmon with Rice Garlic Broccoli is marvelous! Well portioned and tastes amazing. Was nice and hot on arrival, making the flavor that much more worth the wait. I will be ordering again!

The blackened salmon is literally one of the best salmon I ever had, I'm addicted. The sauce on the white rice is so good
