Hardhead (3PO) was amazing. meat was cooked well and bread was toasted perfectly. Classic Club was awesome. mac&cheese was delicious

The chicken sandwich was particularly disappointing. The bread was soggy and greasy, while the chicken portion was small, dry, and unappetizing. Additionally, the spring mix was wilted, the avocado was brown, and there was very little sauce. I also found the portion of the spinach dip to be inadequate for sharing, as there was only enough dip for approximately five chips.

Classic Club was yummy-after scraping 3/4 of the copious amount of mayo off. California Cobb Salad was fresh and had plenty of toppings on it. Quesadillas (fajita beef) were tasty - even w/o the $2 guacamole they forgot to include. The Kid's Chicken Strips, Mini Corn Dogs were WAY overcooked so both were hard and dried out. The Kid's Mac & Cheese is just elbow noodles coated in their queso. I liked it but if you have picky kids, the Kid's Mac & Cheese has small chopped pieces of red/green bell peppers (it's not spicy). Restaurant and/or dasher also forgot ALL the drinks. Fried Mushrooms tasted freezer burnt and came with blue cheese dressing vs the ranch ordered. Mashed potatoes were flavorless and more like potato salad w/o the mayo and eggs

I have to applaud Rikenjak's packaging of their Door Dash orders. They have consistently supplied properly prepared and organized to-go orders. The food is amazing, but I am even more impressed with the level of care in which they prepare & pack my items to be delivered. I just love them all around.

Pleasantly surprised. Haven't gone to RikenJaks for a while as their management has been TERRIBLE for the past couple of years. Decided to give it a try again today and the food was how I remember that initially made me a fan of their restaurant when I first moved to Lake Charles. A little pricey, but the quality was there. Tasted great, was fresh, Riken fries were crispy and adequate portioning. Keep it up!
