• 5/3/26The burger and cheese fries were good. However, there is no option when ordering to ask for ketchup, or make a request, and not a single packet of ketchup was included. The gumbo meets "Northern standards" but is a far cry from what's a delicious roux in Southeast Texas.

• 4/23/26I got the American Classic which was very dry, no flavor, over loaded with mustard, overall the sweet potato fries was fresh cut and ok, would I order this again maybe not thru door dash but go in to eat yes probably it wouldnt be so bad in restaurant
