The 3 meat plate was wonderful! We ordered brisket, pulled pork, and beef ribs. Our 3 sides were mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, and Texas fries. We also added turkey, fried pickles, brisket bites, and hush puppies. The meat was super tender and seasoned just right. The brisket bites ... such an amazing idea!! Needless to say we were very happy and very full!

so dissapointed! we've always loved riscky's! we ordered 2 Full Smoker 3 Meat Platter 's the 3 ribs one Platter barely had two bites of meat on each.
the fried catfish was not filets, it was 5 catfish nuggets I guess? although the flavor was on point, the grilled catfish was one long an 1/2 both very skinny strips. the brisket was beyond dissapointing, I'm assuming maybe we received the left over scraps from the day because it was more fat than Meat. such a let down! we ordered this exact meal in September 2024 for my husband's birthday and it was banging and off the charts yummy and way more meat for our $$$$.
overall very unsatisfied and so dissapointed! I can't fathom spending that much of my hard earned money ever again at this place, no matter the cravings I may have for what we thought was good food at one point!

What I ordered is not what I got .. got liitte pieces of fish or Chcken .. not a good as wh you eat at the restaurant...very disappointing

Half Smoked Chicken Platter was really good. didn't care for the coleslaw but that's just my taste buds. baked potato, chicken and onion straws were very tasty tho! lots of food!

Food was cold. catfish tasted very very salty, was sent 2 potato salads instead of potato salad and mashed potatos, sent pulled pork instead of chopped brisket
