• 7/7/23I can't stop thinking about how good the mango ice can't stop thinking about how good the mango icey was! It was so refreshing and had the perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess. I could really taste the natural flavor of the mango. It's definitely my new go-to treat on a hot summer day.

• 6/23/26Apparently, they were out of the flavor that I wanted instead of calling to see.If I wanted a different flavor they just didn't send it.So I ended up paying for one little thing of ice cream, somebody should have notified me to see if I wanted to change the flavor. Instead, I paid 17 dollars for some vanilla.Ice cream soft serve

• 3/5/25If I had known the 5 Layer Gelati was gonna be so small and not 5 layers I would have gotten it the regular way pretty sure I paid more for that than the Frozen Coffee that is giant....

• 8/1/25The amount of soft serve on my last Gelate was a waste, if I want nothing but ice, I would have ordered just ice. I expect better of Rita's.

• 3/11/26They never have the flavors of Italia Ice that we actually order and will replace without contacting us. They also do not have chocolate custard at all which is really weird.
