The Cheese Pretzel was good, doesn't travel well was lukewarm when it arrived. The 5 Layer Gelati was amazing I would order it again with different flavoring. The portion was just right.

I ORDERED THE BUNDLE, ONE QUART WAS HALF GONE IT LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE ATE IT! I ORDERED CUSTARD OMG IT WAS SO STALE I COULDN'T GET IT OUT OF THE CONTAINER, DATE WAS OUTDATED, NEEDLESS TO SAY I TOOK SCREENSHOTS & DD REFUNDED ME, UNDERSTAND RITA'S I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY, YOU HAVE SOME NERVE! THIS STORE IS A RIP OFF, DIRTY, EMPLOYEES EAT THE PRODUCT! HE'S A RIP OFF ONE HUNDRED PERCENT, GO TO THE OTHER RITA'S NOT FAR IT'S EXCELLENT

I ordered a Peanut Butter Mudslide Concrete
on 3/1/24 to be delivered by DoorDash. The description online said vanilla Custard blended with REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups, REESE'S Peanut Butter Sauce & stuffed with Hot Fudge. NOPE! It was just custard blended with peanut butter cups with a tiny little bit of hot fudge on top.
NO peanut butter sauce and no fudge stuffed center. A waste of $14. What you get will not match the photo or description.

I usually love to order from Rita's, but this time I ordered for my friend and myself and my sundae came with a stale waffle cup, while my friend did not get her waffle come or her cherry. The driver was great, just very disappointed with the rest.

Food delish but the store needs to invest in some cup holders. Who puts a cup into a paper bag? It leaked and melted all over the paper bag.
