Absolutely love that they never slack on the sprinkles. Store workers are friendly and will help you pick options if you don't know what to get or desire to try something new. They also ensure it is packaged and sealed appropriately for any delivery needs. Very happy!

This family owned and operated business always does such an exceptional job ensuring that they provide fresh, quality products to customers. They also own the Ledos next door. Ive never been anything but satisfied with our almost daily orders from Ritas. They only complaint I have is that the fee to add either Rainbow sprinkles or unicorn glitter is incorrect on DoorDash and tries to charge the customer $10 additional to add them, making a small Gelati with rainbow sprinkles cost over $17. If you just write a note in the special instructions asking them to add sprinkles, however, they always do. This is a great business!

The black cherry ice blender had a semi nice flavor, but was mostly melted. The large size appeared to be a small. To top it off, I did not get a straw in my packaging, and will probably pick something else next time.

This is not the size that I paid for a paid extra money to get a large size. This is not a large size this is not worth $11.49.

Everything was great. The frozen coffee was amazing. You can't tell from looking at it, but there's a ton of filling in the concrete. I just wish I could've ordered a larger size.
