Rita's Owinga Mills typically always exceeds my expectations and we order loyally from them about 5 times per week. I was thrilled when they recently added the option to purchase toppings on the side and have ordered gummy bears on the side over a dozen times now . Up until tonight, I have always been pleased with the amount of gummy bears given to me for the $2 price, feeling fairly compensated for what I paid for them. Up until today, each time I've ordered gummy bears
on the side, the store has given me a Rita's sample cup that is 3/4 full of gummy bears. Tonight, however, I ordered 2 servings of gummy bears on the side and was literally given 7 gummy bears in each sample cup, that were meagerly scattered at the bottom. That's ridiculous and so not worth the $2 paid for toppings in the side and I am very disappointed. So, tonight, I paid $4 + delivery cost + tip for 14 measly gummy bears and that's not right or fair. What most frustrating is the inconsistency that I'll now have to worry with expecting when I order toppings on the side. Will I be getting a fair sample cup that is 3/4 full or 7 gummy bears when I place the next order?
