• 7/29/23This Rita's is the best I have ever been to. They constantly make the orders correct and go out of their way to follow crazy instructions. My daughter loves vanilla custard in a cup. Chocolate sprinkles on the bottom, the custard, then more sprinkles and topped with a cone. It's weird. Due to the way items are pkgd for delivery, they are unable to follow the directions exactly. Today, the included a cone separately just to try to make it to the best of their ability. This Rita's never disappoints!

• 4/22/25Rita's has always been a staple for dessert, but lately they've been skimping on their portions. Concretes used to be filled to the top, but the last few times we've ordered, they've been a couple inches below. Considering the price we pay, this is disappointing.

• 9/21/23eyo peanutbutter jelly flavor ice was absolutely the best flavor I've ever had pure happiness it is exactly what u expect but better goes great with a vanilla or strawberry custard please don't remove this flavor!!!
