• 7/10/26The birthday cake concrete has gummy bears in it for some reason and was super chalky, I had the matcha and it had huge chunks of ice wasn't blended properly and barely had any matcha.

• 8/31/25The Create Your Own Blendini® was not mixed thoroughly and the cup was way smaller than what I ordered. No whipped cream either. Not worth the money. Will not be ordering again

• 4/11/23order was spot on except for the sprinkles, this is the second time we ordered and didn't get our sprinkles. wonder if it's error in the app or human error? really hate paying extra for something and not getting it. Other than that issue everything was great!!!
