The “chicken” fried rice came with about three small chunks of chicken. Honestly, it should just be marketed as fried rice. I would not order this item again. It was also minimally seasoned and mostly tasted like plain white rice with a hint of sesame oil.

The Filet Rockin' Bowl is the lunch version of the dinner Filet Mignon Solo and is just as delicious and freshly made. The only real difference I noticed when I placed the order is that there is a little less filet meat -- normal for lunch meals --- and this is reflected in the price (although paying the extra at dinner is definitely worth it too). The lunch filet portion was very filling for me so it was a perfect lunch meal. The filet is very tender and seasoning was excellent. The fried rice and veggies are probably the freshest version of these two side I've ever had with delivery hibachi meals -- the veggies crunch and taste like they were fresh cut. The rice/veggies portions were equal to the dinner meal so still a lot of great food that will make your tummy happy but won't slow you down when you return to work. I will definitely be ordering this meal and the Solo dinner meal again and again!

For whatever reason, my DoorDash order went to the Rock N Roll Sushi at the Colonnade instead of the Hoover location, like normal. And I'm not a complainer, but the Colonnade location's food just doesn't stand up to the quality or amount of food you get from the Hoover location. I ordered shrimp, steak, and chicken hibachi with vegetables, ordered 2 extra fried rice, an order of extra vegetables, along with Jalapeño poppers. The portion sizes are no lie, half the size that I always receive from the Hoover location on EVERYTHING. Also the vegetables, jalapeño poppers, steak and chicken are way overcooked. Needless to say, I feel that I definitely didn't get my money's worth from this order. Maybe it was just a bad night for the cooks as far as the food being overcooked. But the portion sizes really bother me. Even the rice has no flavor, like it was an afterthought. There is one good thing to report, and that is that the shrimp tastes great and is not overcooked. I will definitely make sure moving forward, that if I order from Rock N Roll Sushi that it comes from the Hoover location.

The Filet Mignon Solo filet meat was tender and well seasoned, the veggies weren't soggy and looked very fresh and Iwould guess were cut recently if not immediately before grilling them --- they also were nicely seasoned. The fried rice was fresh and very tasty. The was a lot of each item so this meal could easily be for two. The egg rolls were good and crispy but a bit overpriced compared to equivalent quality/quantity egg rolls we've eaten from other places. The Axl rolls were good and the miso soup excellent. And we loved that we were able to order ice cold fresh Dr Peppers to go with our meals -- this is big for us since we order food almost daily and can rarely get ice cold Dr Peppers with our meals. We will order from Rock N Roll again and again!
