Our gourmet chocolate truffles and chocolate truffle filled bars are the perfect mix of chocolate shell to creamy sweet filling. There is just enough of a flavor to be present but not enough to overpower the taste buds. Some truffle flavors that we have available are milk chocolate truffle, semi-sweet dark chocolate truffle, raspberry truffle, champagne truffle, as well as seasonal varieties.

Rich, smooth and creamy, our fudge is made the old fashioned way: with fresh, wholesome ingredients, cooked in copper kettles, then formed by hand into a huge "loaf" on a massive marble slab, then cut into hearty hunks of goodness. One taste of the old fashioned way we make it and you will be hooked.

Rocky mountain chocolate factory is famous for its amazing selection of old-fashioned gourmet caramel apples. They all start with a crisp, green granny smith apple smothered with thick and chewy handmade caramel, then dipped in a variety of yummy toppings for a "just right" combination of tart and sweet. These are only a small sampling of our gourmet caramel apples. Your local store may carry a much larger variety of apples and many stores will carry nearly 20 different caramel apples every day.
