didnt have everything we wanted but they called and we worked out replacements. honestly BEYOND SATISFIED!! 10/10. the girl and others did amazing. i got a call from one girl i forget her name but she was really nice and offered lots of suggestions to compensate missing items. even happier with what we got. definitely will be back!

I ordered a sea salt apple and unfortunately they didn't have them, so they gave me a milk chocolate apple and 3 other sea salt chocolates and I absolutely demolished them all so hard my gums are bleeding

The staff at Rocky Mountain are so sweet, especially the person I was speaking to on the phone! They didn't have the item I was ordering in stock and were very helpful when they called and offered suggestions as a substitute. When I got my order they even added a little treat and note which is so appreciated and definitely made my day!!
