Made with 100% chicken breast. The daily 5-hour process begins by boiling chicken breast with a mix of herbs, before de-boning and cooling it down to a specific temperature and humidity level. We next shred the chicken along with some veggies in a small-batch processor. After that, a few more ingredients are added and everything is carefully hand mixed (by the same 2 experienced hands everyday!) to the proper texture & flavor. Finally, it's ready to eat! We sometimes run low and have to reserve the remainder for sandwiches only.
