This is some of the best flan in the metro. Just eggy enough and dense. A generous portion likely enough for 2-3 folks to share.

first review i've ever left, this meal was very mediocre. the only thing i think i could recommend from my order was the Side Tomatillo Ranch. cheese was unmelted in the Cheese enchiladas(and there was a ton of it), side of beans was a couple spoonfuls, rice was sweet, no spice to be found on the whole order apart from the jalapeños on the Nachos. ordered salsa, but did not receive. not a big deal. packaging was good.

We ordered $80 worth of food for 4 people. Fajitas, fish tacos, enchiladas, and burrito. Nothing tasted good. Chicken was dry in the fajitas. The fish was salty in the tacos. The enchiladas just didn't taste good and my son ended up throwing them away. The chicken burrito was mediocre at best. Not worth the money.

Mid. Chimichanga lacked flavor and sauce had no spice nor acidity. The grilled corn is awful. Sweet, no spice, not nearly as good as traditional elote. I tried this place but I won't order again.

I LOVE Rojo... but I don't love the lack of customizations. I cannot eat onions. At the restaurant, I can get my tacos without pico. but not on DoorDash. Today, there was twice as much pico as pork on my tacos. It is usually much less. I won't be able to order for delivery anymore if that continues. Carnitas
