Rolbertos is the best. They always accommodate my requests and the food is delicious and for a good price.

The carne asada tacos were ok. Not the best I've had but not the worst. A little dry. I asked for salsa and cheese none was included. Rice and beans were really good. I expected the half pint of guacamole to be a bit bigger, i felt it was pretty pricey at $7 for that size and that it was kind of bland. The dulce de leche cheesecake was also not what I expected. It was not a cheesecake, more like a fried churro burrito with Cheecake inside. I also thought it meant caramel but didnt find it to taste like caramel at all. However, it was still good. No complaints about the Pina drink it was really good. Overall 4/5 cant be too mad, it's Elko. I grew up in California so I'm really spoiled on mexican food.

The fish tacos are really good. love the fresh toppings and mild sauces they put on top. The fish is crispy and delicious. 14. Two Fish Tacos

Was good , order was accurate this time. Food was good the shrimp burrito need more shrimp was most veggies, rice . The combo plate was good overall needs a bit more seas was kinda bland. But still good when you added sauces. The smother carnitas burrito was perfect.

The Country Fried Steak Torta was
tough couldn't even chew it and the Fish tacos were just as bad . I usually love the food from Rolberto's but they were a huge disappointment this time.
