The roast pork banh mi was fantastic! Crispy pork that doesn't break your teeth, crispy bread that doesn't go everywhere. The chicken Bao and soldier rice paper roll were fresh also.

The Bao was so nice and loaded with fresh salad and dressing. The chicken and dumpling were delicious. It's the first time I've tried one and I loved it! Everything was lovely.  Thank you!

Was disappointed that second time in a row there is one roll that isn't fresh. It's a pity that the store just opened and already dropping the ball.

I ordered rice paper rolls from Roll’d and unfortunately they arrived in a condition that made them impossible to eat. Every roll had completely blown apart — the rice paper was torn, the fillings were spilling out everywhere, and the rolls couldn’t even be picked up without falling to pieces.

What should have been fresh, neatly wrapped rolls ended up as a soggy, broken salad in rice paper fragments. Really disappointing for something that’s normally reliable and easy to package.

For the price, I expected food that was actually edible as a rice paper roll, not something I had to eat with a fork in frustration. Hoping this was a one-off mistake, but this order was a waste.
