The shrimp was dry and rubbery. The catfish was unevenly cooked. For 27$ I would expect it to be fresh but obviously it was sitting around reheating..the food arrived less than 20 min after I hit order.

Burnt End Sandwich was just so good. First time trying burnt ends, I was pleasantly surprised the meat was so tender & juicy. The sauce was perfectly spiced, and their meat to bread ratio was ideal. 10/10 in both coming back and knowing what to order when I do

After a year of being away from Vegas, The taste and quality of the food is just as I remembered. You want good sides and BBQ..? ROLLIN SMOKE is where it's at. Good food, Good service... You can't ask for more. 🤙🏾💪🏾🙏🏾🫡💯👌🏾

Honestly some of the worst brisket I've had. I'm from texas trying to find a good barbecue spot, and this is not it. The 1 LB Brisket was dry, tough, overcooked and seasoned but minimally. Maybe it was just old. The 1 Lb Burnt Ends were ok. That sauce really needs something to cut how sweet it is. 2 of 5. Would not return or recommend.

This was the best bbq I ever had. I genuinely never leave reviews, but this is so earned. Brisket was absolutely insane.
