The create your own pasta is such a great idea and the pasta and sauce are really good, but the amount of ingredients they give for the vegetables you choose is embarrassing, they might as well not even bother offering it as an option.

Where do I even start? The Chicken Fettucini Alfredo has no sauce, pasta undercooked, and I'm looking for the chicken. $25.00 for what I received is unacceptable and extremely disappointing. Chicken Parmesan was cold and missing some pasta, nothing like the photo from the menu for $25.00. I spent 50.00 for this disappointing meal. I should have ordered from a fast food chain vs what is supposed to be a nice restaurant. Never again.

The Chicken Marsala was not edible. The picture is worth 1000 words. The entire dish was soaked in oil, the pasta was not fresh and the chicken was spongy/rubbery.
Called restaurant and was pleasantly surprised that the manager was polite and offered to remake. I declined. DoorDash refunded.

The entree had tons of noodles but very little sauce and artichokes as and mushrooms. Had to add my own sauce so it wasn't so dry.

Very disappointed. We got the Feast for 5, Chicken Parm & fettuccine alfredo . The chicken was maybe overcooked, weird texture to the meat. The tub of fettuccine Alfredo was large, but there was only the smallest bit of sauce on the top. Even after trying to stir it, the majority of the noodles were bone dry with no sauce, im' talking like 90% of them. Not the quality I expect from Romanos. The only reason they got 2 stars was because there was nothing wrong with the salad.
