I so wish I could say good things about Rookies again, but the quality has gone way down. We ordered 2 1/2 dozen cookies and they seem like they must've
 been baked  days ago.

a bakers dozen usually consists of at least 12 cookies.  I received 9.  very 🙁.

The ice cream is delcious however its not the flavor I ordered  and I ordered 2 cookies and only received 1.  I ordered an hour before closing on a weeknight so maybe that's on me. I'll still order here again.
