Best mozzarella sticks in Chicago! I was craving some handmade mozzarella sticks from a place in my hometown and started looking around online. Roots lived up to their reputation. Large, crunchy seasoned breading outside ooey gooey deliciousness inside. They were exactly what I wanted and I keep re-ordering them.

Pizza is good. "Hand made" Mozzarella sticks are also good, but definitely not worth over $18. Roots has always been considered one of the more pricy pizza joints in town but overall they serve a good pizza.

Not a Carrot in the World Salad and Purple Pig Pizza we're both very good. The side of curly fries were fine but a comically small portion.

Great selection. Even when it's weird it's good. This is not a vegan pizza in the sense that you will feel like eating pizza. It's a nice tasty thing in the shape of a pizza w no marinara and that's okay
