The Balboa was amazing and full of flavor! I added extra chicken and was able to have two meals from just one bowl. I am so happy that a cowrker told me about Roots! Expect plenty of group orders in the future! Thank you for amazing food

I'm sure as a bowl this was fine. What was disappointing was the chicken which was dry and the tofu that definitely didn't have any flavor to it. Not something I would buy again.

My avocado was completely black/brown?! Not a single slice of fresh avocado, seriously looked like they chose the most spoiled avocado to put in my meal for $2 extra. The chicken was also very mushy. I just got over food poisoning so was really looking forward to a FRESH, healthy meal ugh

Food arrived cold and did not come with Tabasco that I specifically requested, also only had like 2 pieces of chicken, not even exaggerating!!! But it was okay

You all should consider sealing your bags with people's food. We don't know the true integrity of a lot of these drivers and it would help to at least have the bags sealed to bring some relief knowing your food isn't being tampered with while being delivered. The food was good. The 2 star was for not sealing the bags with people's food in it.
