There was no meat in the #51 BEEF FAJITA NACHOS , asked to substitute black beans for refried beans and all I got was a container with black beans, jalapenos, and cheese. The beef #13 BEEF FAJITA WITH GUACAMOLE was cold and loaded with sour cream.

The cheese was burnt and it tasted horrible
I've never had bad food from Rosa's but tonight was horrible even the taco shells were to hard to eat
