I never really thought I would like Rosa's, though I don't know why. I have had it three times now and I love it!! Everything is always good. The DOZEN FLOUR TORTILLAS are always delicious, arriving hot and cooked perfectly! The #46 LARGE QUESO AND CHIPS queso is really good too. I just tried one of the BASKET OF SOPAPILLAS (8) sopapillas and it was light, fluffy and just the right amount of cinnamon-sugar. I haven't tried the #14 CHICKEN FAJITA WITH QUESO yet, but it looks great!!

#38 LARGE QUESO was either old or overcooked. It was clumpy as if it came from the bottom of a pot that had been cooking for an entire day.
BASKET OF SOPAPILLAS (8) barely had any cinnamon-sugar on it and they were extremely greasy.
DOZEN FLOUR TORTILLAS were fantastic as usual. I make my own fillings for them and they were spot-on as usual.
If we still had the star rating system, I'd give it 3-stars.

My enchiladas were upside down in the container. There was no jalapeños on the chicken enchiladas that typically come on there, and there was only one set of utensils was not very pleased. Look like it was rushed and thrown together.

We love Rosa's and we're excited to see them on DD but they need a manager or sr employee reviewing the items ordered vs. being sent out. Ordered chicken salad, got beef. Ordered 4 oz queso, completely missing. Ordered salsa for salad, completely missing. Stinks.
