This is my go-to when I want Mexican food. I always go with the loaded fries. So much food for a decent price and always tastes great.

The California burrito was delicious, beef taco was great. Chicken enchilada was good but they use all parts of the chicken so it had stringy tendons inside. Other than that superb. Flavor was great. Green and red salsa was spicy and full of flavor. The rice was made to perfection. Moist, not sticky, not to wet. Full of great flavor, loved it and love Rosa's!! Little pricey but so is everything these days!

I've had the Caldo de Pollo ( Chicken Soup ) before and it was good. However, this time is was bad. It only one type of veggie which was zucchini. The chicken was very chewy. The soap itself didn't have much flavor. I only ate half.

I think the fishI think the Fish Taco is delicious. I think the "wrapper" might be?corn? Even with 1 sheet the flavor overpowers the lovely fish. But I'm a "gringo, so what do I know.
I am really impressed in that they allow us to give special instructions -- and they do exactly what is being asked of them. If this Taco is going to fall apart anyway, as it always does, I would prefer having a nice Hard shell and know taco shell and getting everything to stay inside more like a burrito.
Love the stuffing of veggies in it. They they gave me a small container of green sauce and a larger container of the red sauce. I liked the red sauce because it was spicy. I guess my point is that if this
delicious Fish Taco is going to fall apart as it always does then I personally would prefer a hard shell taco and have that crunch and not the doughy flavor and texture that this one is.
I still rate them highly. in the shout out to my chef who gave me my taco not fried as I had asked.
