The best choice in the Raleigh-Durham area for a Chicago-style thin crust pizza, with its generous blanket of cheese covering the other toppings all the way out to the edge of the crust. A great change of pace from the sometimes too doughy and under-cheesed NY style pizzas so common in the area.

Pizza was fantastic as well as the Cheesy Bread Sticks. Pizza was thin crust and cut into squares. The sauce is great; light and not too acidic. Ordered a side of Side Alfredo and it is amazing Alfredo sauce. Will definitely order again.

I keep trying because being from Illinois I love Rosatis. The wait times and quality is just not there after 6 orders both in person and online. It is extremely overpriced compared to other local Apex Pizza places. A 12" small THIN crust with sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms is $22 plus tax. And almost $27 plus tax on DoorDash. It's a shame. No other non chain place is Apex is over $17 for same 12" three topping pizza, most call it a medium though and most are NY Style not thin.

Being a true Chicagoan, ive had deep dish pizza from several different places, including Rosatis. I must say this was a bit of a disappointment. Never have I ever seen such a skimpy amout of toppings. Granted here in the Raleigh area, choices are limited
but I believe the other Rosatis up in Morrisville (other side of the family - different even tho they share the same name) is much better and will get my business from now on.

The staff is very friendly but unfortunately the pizzas (both thin crust) were both cold and dry. It wasn't the travel time for delivery b because the driver was here very quick. As a Chicago native we love Rosatis but this one is not up to par with even the morrisville location Hoping it improves.
