Absolutely amazing birria! The Quesitacos are mouthwatering!!! The mini tacos are delicious too! My only issues are I hate the way things are packaged from them to go. The stuff all being in foil is annoying. Also, there's inconsistencies. For example, the amount of toppings you get and the meat in the tacos. Sometimes I get birria gravy, sometimes I don't.

This is my go to restaurant for authentic Mexican food! Taco Tuesday is the best deal around! You can feed the whole family! The ground beef Tacos Crujientes / Crunchy Tacos are so delicious and for $1.25 per taco you can't beat that!

Freaking fuego. I request extra salsa roja every time but never get it. Maybe I need to ask differently bc I only want salsa roja and not the other two kinds of salsa.
Queso is always delish, little skimpy on the quantity but so good. Tacos duros son riquísimos, cada vez. Yum.

The Gorditas was filled up. I honestly could have eaten just that and have been content, but I had to taste my Quesitacos, so I only ended up eating one of those. Haha. The Gorditas was super filling, loaded up, and FRESH. I was extremely happy with it. The Quesitacos were the perfect texture. Crispy, yet soft. The meat was incredibly tender. The consume was on POINT, per usual. The Mex Cocacola was exactly what I needed to tie it all together. The girl who gave me my food was also super kind! Highly recommend. I will definitely be ordering again. ❤️

Rosita's #2 is hands down my absolute favorite Mexican spot. I order the birria at least a few times/month, and I never get tired of it. The Quesitacos have the perfec amount of meat and cheese, onions, cilantro, and lime served on the side so that I can add as much as I want.
The consume is *chef kiss* I love the flavor. I could drink it from the container. I usually order Doordash pickup, and the girls at the counter are always SO kind and quick. I will continue to be a repeat customer. Rositas's #2 has my heart. Haha.
I also sometimes order the birria quesadilla and pop it in the air fryer for an extra crunch. It is FILLED with meat and is large enough for me to eat on for two meals. Highly recommend.
