Papusas were so good hot stretchy and sooo cheesy !! Amazing! Tacos stuffed and fresh wish for more green sauce . Slaw was fresh but lacking in a bit of salt and flavor nothing easily fixed. Thanks for my extra sauce I asked for in the notes.

This is the best reubes I have ever had to be honest!  I know their blackened chicken Alfredo is also so yummy... such good comfort food and a really nice and safe chill atmosphere! It's my first time "sitting in" because it's such a pretty day and it's really so wonderful! Love this place and the people who make it happen are so wonderful, always!

I know Rossy's food is very loved in the area, but I'm going to be completely honest based on the food we had today. I really wish that DD had a "neutral" option, instead of just a "like" or "dislike", because this would be neutral.

We ordered the Blackened Chicken Alfredo and the Fish & Chips. Both were very large portions. 

As you can see from the photo, the alfredo was DRY. There was very little sauce on it. I like a good amount of sauce on my pasta, so this was very disappointing. It was also very bland. When something is "blackened", you expect it to be quite flavorful. This was not. There was a hint of blackened flavor, but it needed much more, along with some basic salt. 

The fish was good. It was a large piece and very crunchy, which is nice. The fries were average and soggy, which is expected from delivery french fries.  What was more disappointing was the coleslaw and the tartar sauce. In my world, those two things are almost as important as the fish itself.  The coleslaw had a decent flavor, but it was also very dry like the pasta. It definitely needed more mayo.  In my opinion, the tartar sauce is an absolute no. I didn't like the flavor at all. 

So overall, Rossy's prices are high, but their portions are huge. The alfredo probably COULD be amazing, but it needs a heck of a lot more sauce and seasoning. The fish was good, but I wouldn't order it again because the coleslaw and tartar weren't up-to-par, and you can't have a good fish dinner without those also being good.

2   Quesabirria Tacos : slow cook beef , mozzarella cheese tacos with rice /beans and consommé. I wasn't sure what to expect, but am so happy I decided to give them a try. These tacos are amazing.There is so much meat in the tacos, so it's a very filling and satisfying meal. The meat has so much flavor, it's amazing. The rice and beans are the perfect side dish. I actually ordered this a few days ago, but haven't been able to get them out of my mind, so today, I ordered 2 more meals. Now I can eat them for a couple of days.

Always outstanding!!! Tacos were amazing as were Santa Fe egg rolls; love the flavors, textures, and fresh ingredients. Churros are dangerously delicious! Thanks Rossy's!!
