Wow! I've been wanting to try this place for a while. It was amazing. The Taco Dorado / Golden Brown Taco especially was good. Fresh and crisp. The rice is great here too. The Alambre Burrito with steak was huge and delicious. 10/10 will order from here again.

Not only is the staff kind, the food is ALWAYS deliciously perfect. The guacamole is fresh, the quesabirrias are out of this world, and the papas Fritas de Lujo are uniquely flavorful. Never a miss here and 100% consistent.

I have ordered the Quesadilla de Camarón / Shrimp Quesadilla at least 9 times in the past few months. I do so because I have come to depend on the freshness and quality of the food and the super fast preparation and delivery… and it’s delicious! I typically order at lunchtime with the latest time being 4pm ish. Just received my dinner and I don’t know who is prepping and grilling. I am thoroughly disappointed. The shrimp was overcooked and veiny, there was a weird brown sauce that’s not normally present and they must be running low on cheese because it was lacking the usual amount. Hopefully it was just an off day and this is not what I should expect moving forward.

We love Ros and Pacos. They are the sweetest small business. And the food is worth every penny. They deliver on taste,the portions are large and always the best ingredients are used. Would recommend it to everyone. This place is a gem.

I order from here all the time and even go in and order to go. today the taco salad shells were caked with grease, chips were stale and they came back and charged me an additional $10 after I already ordered paid and got food delivered. I spent $106 on 4 taco salads ... extremely disappointed as I have loved this restaurant and now not sure I'll order again.
