We have watched them go from good quality to poor quality and super slow!! The mozz sticks & potato wedges were freezer burnt.

Extremely rude and disrespectful girl that answered phone when I called 40 minutes after placing order to see why my order was still in "preparing" status. Instead of apologizing for delay she was rude saying they were short staffed by 2 people and when I requested to cancel my order because of delay she was sarcastic and snotty.

I ordered a gluten free pep pizza with mushroom and red onions. There is 3 small thin pi of onion and a few pieces of mushroom. Such a disappointment
