We make all soups and chilies in-house. Consuming raw or undercooked animal-derived foods may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
Dinner starts at 5pm. Choice of dressings: ranch, 1000 island, blue cheese, honey mustard, balsamic, raspberry vine or O&V. We do offer many gluten-free dishes. We use rice bran oil in our fryer and have a gluten-free option. We use pink salt in all our cooking we use red bird chicken & all-natural hormone-free beef & nitrate-free cold cuts.
Add a side salad or cup of our soup or venison chili for an additional costs.
We use Colorado raised Aspen Ridge all Natural Beef & served on locally baked baguettes. Add topping, avocado, bacon, jalapeños, mushroom or sprouts for additional price.
