• 6/8/26while the ice cream itself is delicious 2 of the last 3 times I've been here I've had issues. the first time I ordered a large but they gave me a medium and when I brought it up they wanted to charge me for another scoop that I already paid for. then tonight they double charged me. I think that even though I enjoy the product itself, I feel I've been given a disservice.

• 9/3/26I ordered a milkshake tonight with a cup of mint chocolate chip ice cream and a caramel sundae and I did not get my milkshake. I contacted the delivery driver and was told that they aren't allowed to look in the bags and was told to contact the establishment, who blamed a new person and told me to contact DoorDash to try and get a refund. Sure they apologized but it wasn't door dashes mistake to have to correct. I just feel it could have been handled better by the establishment.
