I love Roxy's food; however, the new Wilsonville location doesn't give us the teriyaki sauce when we order it. It's happened twice now.

TLDR// The Seasoned Fried Carrots with Roxy Sauce are to die for. They are fresh and flavorful, the portion is very fair for the price, and I don't have to deal with the mess at home. So far, the portions at Roxy's are good. Unfortunately, the quality has been inconsistent. I would order the teriyaki chicken again in hopes that it's as delicious as it was last week. I'm also going to see if I can get the pineapple grilled but not charred.//
My first visit, 10 years ago at a Beaverton location, the shoyu chicken was dry and lacked the flavor I was used to - Local Boyz in Corvallis. Last week, I gave the new Wilsonville location a try. The teriyaki chicken was scrumptious, as was the Side Order Pineapple. They were fresh and grilled just the way I prefer.
This week, I found the Kalbi Chicken Plate Lunch to be dry. The chicken and this week's Side Order Pineapple were too charred for my taste.

The chicken was over cooked and that Katsu sauce was not it. Tasted like ketchup. Ate oh ate is better. Your pic is deceiving for the rolls u only get one

The last rice I ordered was good. So I wanted more this one does not have the same flavor not consistent so no idea what your getting. It was also burned and tasted like pepper.
