I have ordered from Royal China for years and the veggie lettuce cups and veggie chow mein are longtime favorites. Unfortunately the pricing and portion sizes have become really frustrating. The veggie lettuce cups are actually more expensive than the chicken version, with an extra $2.50 charge, and each additional lettuce cup costs another $2.20.
For that price the portion should be generous, but the to-go box is often only about a quarter full. When I questioned it previously, I was told it was the correct portion size, which is hard to accept when I have ordered this same dish since they opened and know what it typically looks like.
Nearly $40 for two appetizers that barely fill the lettuce cups just is not reasonable. The food itself is good, which is why I keep ordering, but the portions simply do not match the price and it makes the experience feel disappointing.

Meal was great as usual. Doesn't really matter what you order here. It's all very good. Probably the best Asian food in Sonoma County in my HO! This time it was Sweet and Sour Pork,Cashew Chicken, and Combination Chow Mein.

Our general tso General Tso Chicken (Deep Fried) didn't taste at all like should and was not the least bit spicy. Their pot Pot Stickers (6) taste like they've been pureed and left in box overnight. They charged us for chili sauce we didn't get and the Broccoli Beef was super bland. Do not recommend.

The food was delicious. However, I asked for one extra sweet and sour sauce and one extra side of pot sticker sauce. I was charged an additional $2.86 for them. The order was buy one get one on both dishes and you're going to charge ime $2.86 for "extra" sauce that should be included? I had 4 orders total. Why wouldn't you give the appropriate amount of sauces. 12 items in the BOGO. I'm disappointed for sure.
